Anal Training Sessions in NYC
Anal Training
The ins and outs of anal training.
Anal play is one of the last taboos. People will confess almost anything before they confess this: that they want to be opened there, that they think about it more than they say. The taboo is half of why you want it. If you have tried alone, you met the wall that would not move no matter how much you wanted it to. The wall is real, and it is not made of muscle. It is made of guarding. When the mind stops guarding, the body opens... and getting your mind there is my job.
I am Goddess Viktoria Sway, NYC Dominatrix, teaching anal training from a private space in Midtown Manhattan. What I bring is not a set of toys in ascending sizes. I take the weight of the training off you: the pacing, the deciding, the taboo itself become mine, and your only job is to be in your body while I carry them. Some people train with me across a long arc of sessions. Some fold a smaller piece into a single session. Some train remotely: I set the protocol, you practice alone, you report back to me.
Willpower cannot open you. It takes the right mental state with knowledgeable physical guidance.
Anal play, explained
The Anatomy of Anal Training
How the anus works is something almost none of us were ever taught. School skipped it, parents skipped it, and the internet mostly teaches speed. So doing anal play safely starts with the mechanics, and the mechanics are simple. The anus is two rings of muscle, one inside the other. The outer one is yours: tell it to soften and it softens, the same way you unclench a fist. The inner one is involuntary muscle, the same kind that runs your swallowing and your heartbeat. It opens on exactly one condition: the body feels safe enough that the mind stops guarding it.
This is why force fails, and why it injures. Push past a ring that has not released and the tissue tears. Those tears are slow to heal, because the muscle clenches around the pain and keeps everything tight, and the tightness draws the healing out longer. The people who hurt themselves this way are almost never careless. They are determined. Determination is the wrong tool.
So the real training happens above the waist. You already know the feeling: lying there telling yourself to relax, and hearing something in you argue back. Winning that argument is not how it ends. The argument ends in skilled hands, mine or another dominant's: we hold the pace, the next step, the being seen, and we facilitate a release you cannot give yourself. Willpower cannot open you. Being held can.
Then there is the taboo itself. You would expect it to be the obstacle. It is the engine: the charge of it, the wrongness, being watched in something you have hidden for years. That heat brings everything you have been holding up to the surface, where it can finally let go.
People come to this training for their own reasons, and they ask for the training in their own ways. The two asks I hear most often: some want a progression, what size, what comes next, how far can I go. Others want to be told, what to do and when to do it, so the deciding is no longer theirs. Both are real appetites. There are others. Your training is built around what yours actually is.

What an Anal Training Program in NYC Looks Like
Training moves in one direction: comfort at one size unlocks the next. Comfort, not tolerance. Tolerance is white-knuckling, and everything built on it is borrowed. Skip ahead and the gap does not close behind you: it travels with you, showing up as pain at sizes that should be simple.
The pace belongs to me for a reason: from inside, wanting and readiness feel identical. From outside they look nothing alike. You will swear you are ready because you want to be, and I will see the held breath, the brace in your thighs, the yes that arrives a half-second too fast.
Between sessions there is protocol: what to practice, how often, what to notice while you do. Then you report. For many of my trainees the report becomes its own pleasure: being seen doing it, by someone who reads every word and does not look away. Permission you can grant yourself. Witnessing you cannot.
Silicone toys as the default, steel when it suits the training. Lube, generously, every single time: the canal produces none of its own, and the mucus the body does make sits higher up, past where the friction is. Gloves, every time. Your own toys, brought with you, are used barrier-free: they touch nobody but you. My toys are sterilized between uses and still get a barrier. That is the rule for anything shared: a barrier, always, unless the toy can truly be boiled and sterilized. Full preparation and hygiene guidance lives on my prostate massage page.
The Tension, Tone, and Zing of Anal Training
Two people can follow the same protocol, the same sizes across the same weeks, and be having entirely different experiences. What changes the experience is the Tension the training is built on, the Tone it carries, and the Zing that pays you.
Anticipation-led training is the slow burn: knowing on Tuesday what Friday holds, the next size sitting on the shelf where you can see it, the not-yet doing half the opening before anything touches you. Push/Pull-led training wants resistance in the room, "make me" as an honest position, the pleasure of being moved past your own protest. High Intensity-led training is a different animal entirely: a decisive start, steady escalation, a clean finish, no lingering. Same acts. Genuinely different trainings.
Tone is what it means. Most anal training takes Strict naturally: rules, correction, standards you can fail and then meet. For some it is Devotion, and each practice is an offering. For a few it is Forbidden, and the dirtiness is the point.
The Zing is the payoff, and here the split is usually Challenged or Claimed. You can tell them apart by what you replay afterward: the moment you took more than you thought you could, or the moment I said mine.

Most training arrives at my hands eventually: fingers instead of a toy, massage where the training has opened you, an uncomfortable curiosity turned into an available pleasure. The skill underneath is bigger than any one act. What you are actually learning is how to release on purpose, how to let a guarded part of you open because you chose it, and that release transfers into everything that asks your body to receive.
What comes after is yours to choose, and there is more to choose from than most people expect. Heavier training and larger sizes. The more extreme end of slut training. The specific pride of taking more than you once believed your body could. A partner whose anatomy you have wanted to accept. Bigger toys in your own drawer, more intensity in your own bed. Training builds the capacity. Where you spend it is appetite, and the anal play hub maps the wider territory.

Going Deeper in New York
If the pull toward this has ever confused you, the confusion has a logic. My Hidden Logic of Desire class takes apart why you crave what you crave, and the Taboo workshop goes straight at the shame and the charge that lives inside it. Both currently run with waitlists: join, and you will hear when doors open. If you are still mapping the wider territory, my overview of BDSM in New York is the front door to all of it.
I am in Manhattan, and I am accepting trainees.
