How we handle your information

This page explains what information we collect across nycdominatrix.net, including the classes pages and the session request form, how we use it, and who it’s shared with. If you have questions, write to domina@viktoriasway.com.

Classes and the Blueprint Quiz

When you fill out the class interest form or take the Blueprint Quiz, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Which class or topic you expressed interest in
• The page you submitted from
• The date and time of your submission

We don’t collect payment information on this site. Class purchases happen on Eventbrite, which handles payment data under its own privacy policy.

We use this to send you updates about upcoming classes, workshop dates, and waitlist openings, to contact you directly if you asked about a specific class, and to understand which pages and topics people are most interested in, so we can plan future classes.

Session requests

When you fill out the session request form, we collect what you tell us about the session you’re asking for and who you are, so the request can actually be considered. Depending on what you fill in, that may include:

• Your session dynamic preference and interest checklist (kink interests and limits)
• Your free-text answers, which may include subspace experience or safety and medical history you choose to share
• Session logistics: type, tier, duration, location, and dates
• Your contact information: name, email, phone
• Verification-path information: either provider references, your screening-site handle, or, if you don’t have references, your legal name, employer, and social profile links

We use this to review your request, verify who you are, and respond to you directly. We don’t use it for marketing analysis the way we do with class interest data.

ID or photo verification is not collected through the form itself. If it’s needed, we request it separately by email after you submit. Once we’ve verified you, we delete it. This is how we handle it in practice, not an automated system.

Who it’s shared with

Everything above is stored in EspoCRM, our private customer relationship system, hosted on our own server. Access is limited to Viktoria and staff. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not share it with any third-party marketing tool. Our marketing is entirely self-contained.

Cookies and analytics

We use basic analytics to understand how people find and move through the site. These tools may set cookies. They do not collect information that identifies you personally.

Your rights

• Unsubscribe: every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Using it removes you from future emails immediately.
• Deletion: write to domina@viktoriasway.com and we will delete your record from our systems.
• Correction: if something we have on file is wrong, write to the same address and we will fix it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the “last updated” date at the top.
