How we handle your information

This page explains what information we collect when you interact with the classes pages run by Viktoria Sway, how we use it, and who it’s shared with. If you have questions, write to domina@viktoriasway.com.

What we collect

When you fill out the class interest form or take the Blueprint Quiz, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Which class or topic you expressed interest in
• The page you submitted from
• The date and time of your submission

We don’t collect payment information on this site. Class purchases happen on Eventbrite, which handles payment data under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To send you updates about upcoming classes, workshop dates, and waitlist openings
• To contact you directly if you asked about a specific class
• To understand which pages and topics people are most interested in, so we can plan future classes

Who it’s shared with

Your information is stored in and shared only with the services we use to run the classes:

• EspoCRM — our private customer relationship system, hosted on our own server. This is where we keep records of who has expressed interest in which class.
• Hostinger Reach — the email marketing tool we use to send class updates. Your name and email are stored with them so we can send you those emails.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies and analytics

We use basic analytics to understand how people find and move through the site. These tools may set cookies. They do not collect information that identifies you personally.

Your rights

• Unsubscribe — every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Using it removes you from future emails immediately.
• Deletion — write to domina@viktoriasway.com and we will delete your record from our systems.
• Correction — if something we have on file is wrong, write to the same address and we will fix it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the “last updated” date at the top.
