Code of Conduct

How we work together in class

Last updated April 20, 2026

These classes cover intimate, charged material. That work only goes where it needs to go if the room is safe. These are the standards everyone agrees to before joining.

Consent is foundational

Nothing physical happens without clear, enthusiastic, ongoing consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any point, for any reason, without explanation. “Maybe,” silence, or going along to be polite are not consent. If you’re unsure, check in.

Confidentiality

What people share in class stays in class. You may talk about your own experience afterward, but not about anyone else’s disclosures, desires, or boundaries. Names, identifying details, and personal histories shared in the room are not yours to carry out of it.

No recording

No photos, video, or audio recording during class — not of the teaching, not of the practice, not of other participants. This is non-negotiable and applies to phones, laptops, smart glasses, and any other device.

Respect across difference

People come to this work from many backgrounds, orientations, genders, relationship structures, and kinks. Speak to and about others with that in mind. Use the names and pronouns people give you. Assume nothing about someone’s practice, identity, or history based on how they look.

Touch and physical boundaries

Sobriety

Participants are expected to arrive sober and remain sober through the class. This work requires presence. If you are impaired, you will be asked to leave, and refunds follow the Eventbrite policy for the class.

No solicitation

Classes are a learning space, not a place to meet clients, promote services, or recruit for outside events. If you want to connect with someone you met in class, do it after class, with their clear consent.

Disagreement and conflict

If something in class upsets you or a boundary was crossed, tell Viktoria. You can do this during the break, after class, or by email at domina@viktoriasway.com. Concerns are taken seriously and handled privately.

Removal

Viktoria reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code. Depending on the violation, this may include refusing future attendance. Refunds in the case of removal are not guaranteed and follow the Eventbrite policy.

A note on the work

This code isn’t a set of rules to police behavior — it’s the ground the work stands on. The more seriously everyone in the room takes it, the deeper the class can go. Thank you for taking it seriously.
